Our Simplified Process is PERFECT for Small Business Owners Ready to GROW!
⚡ Step 1a: Getting Started Questionnaire (customized based on what I know about your business already) asks you the questions that will give you immediate and new insights into the inner and outer workings of your business. This also starts an email conversation that feels natural and fun and is on on our own respective timing. You need to know that these questions get straight to the heart of your business and even dig into the Soul of your business, your personal Zone of Genius, and how those pieces intersect. It’s not uncommon for clients to suddenly see what’s been in their faces the whole time or to have a wildly powerful week between the questionnaire and our upcoming intensive. You might have been both craving and resisting this info, but our paths have come together because you are ready for this! GIDDY UP!
⚡ Step 1b: Deep Dive Questionnaire (optional and only if needed) digs in deeper to explore what comes out in the first step. Most clients actually don’t need this because you “randomly” have the epiphanies needed to communicate with me thanks to the first questions!
⚡ Step 2: Strategy Map Blueprint — Intensive is a 2-hour session that happens after we’ve already clarified the details and are ready to rapid-fire brainstorm and lay out your big plan.
⚡ Step 3: Strategy Map Blueprint — Living Document is handed over for you to use as a checklist and compass for your big uplevel. I don’t map everything out for you all by myself and then tell you what to do like you’re some kind of client puppet. Together, we have woven together my intuition with yours, my experience with yours, and our mutual connection to co-create this document as a jumping off point. We will talk about this more, but part of the magic of using it is that it can change as you master the art of the pivot while you test and learn what is working best in your unique business.
⚡ Step 4: BONUS Follow-Up Session happens at the time of our mutual convenience no later than 30 days after our intensive. What has come up for you? What’s coming next? How can I help?
